What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and a securely hashed password.
• Orders: what you bought, totals, payment status and delivery status, including tracking numbers.
• Payments: card details are entered into ONVO Pay’s secure form. We never see or store your full card number — only a payment status and reference.
• Messages: what you send us by email or through the site chat, so we can answer and keep a support history.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, keep your account working, answer your questions and, if you agreed, send you news by email. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time from any email or from your account; order and delivery emails continue.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that make your order possible: our lab and fulfillment partners (your name, delivery address and the items to ship), ONVO Pay (payment), shipping carriers (delivery), Resend (sending email) and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in your account. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, contact us. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Passwords are stored hashed, and the site is served over HTTPS.
