Where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico.

How your order is prepared

Each order is produced and packed by our lab partners after you place it. Most orders leave the studio within 2–5 business days and arrive 3–8 business days after that. If your order contains products from more than one studio, it arrives in separate packages — each with its own tracking.

Shipping cost

A flat rate applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold shown in your bag. Orders above it ship free.

Tracking

As soon as a package ships, its tracking number appears in your account and we email you.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we can accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
